I don’t believe that Luffy will be yonko level by the end of Wano, I think that’s something for between Wano and the final war against WG.

IF Sanji can low diff page one then luffy can high diff both at once easily with g4

I don’t believe that Luffy will be yonko level by the end of Wano, I think that’s something for between Wano and the final war against WG.

Oh boy, that would be a bad decision by Oda.

They are considered to be just under the commander level.

Imagine non-commander level characters push Luffy to High diff while Luffy is on his way to fight a Yonko

No they cannot push Luffy past Low diff. Even Apoo cannot push luffy past Low diff.

This has been proven by Oda himself. There is a reason why Oda is not letting Luffy use Gear 2 or Advanced Armament Haki( Barrier +Internal Destruiton) and Future Sight at all during his Onigashima raid currently.
