Man I really think Luffy and Law are the new Roger and Oden.... while Zoro is Rayleigh (eye scar Vice Captain swordsman obviously). Kid is Shiki obviously.

Taking down Kaido has been Law's idea from the start. He trapped Kinemon/Momo on PH until Luffy came, and Beppo is a mink waiting for the "dawn". Yamato is such a red herring.

Luffy has D rivals (Teach and Law) his Shiki (Kidd) and 3 powerful underlings (Zoro Sanji Jinbei),
Kata and Yamato represent either WB and oden or BM and Kaido or BM and Oden

Nah...Smoker is Garp. Remember Oden was a "borrowing". He wasn't a permament crewmate of Roger's. This alliance is also temporary too.

At the very least, Yamato being new Oden is obviously bait.
