Yes, she isn't in the same place when she seducing Kaido. She moved to somewhere else.
Regarding matchup i still put Robin vs Black Maria too but there is female Yakuza Boss (O-chou) which is i think is quite powerful either.

We still dont know though if Hotei and Fukurokuju will switch to Scabbards forces after they saw them.

This is set up similar to the Kyros vs Doflamingo where he gets his first shot, things start up and the big guns take care of business while the scabbards have their 1v1 with lower tier fighters
