Because Zoro's likelihood of taking Kaido's head rises tremendously if the spoilers are true and the fight isn't just a clash. Sanji usually takes out the 3rd strongest, but now he taking on the 2nd strongest and the swordsman of the group, which changes the formula drastically. So what else can change? Hmmm...
