Aside the Big mom disaster the chapter offer one big interesting stuff.
We see number 4 get attacked by Franky, is he the same was we see in Oden Flashback?

In that case Ceaser can´t be the one who make them to giants, Ceaser didn´t even kinda know it much.
So let assume Vegapunk was the one who make these monsters to giants, so Vegapunk already work for these creatures over 20years+
I can see Big mom and Kaido also beeing experimence of Vegapunk, his best works. Because that Kaido control the numbers, Kaido know them since 30-40years, he know that they beeing in PH. At this point Kaido isn´t most like even a Oni, im really hyped up to see Kaido flashback and the mystery around him.

So the Strawhats will now fight off the beast pirates, I think Pageone,Ulti,Black Maria and Who´s Who joinig the party soon too.

With Big Mom i dont think so, since she already had soul-soul fruit since she was kid/young.
But we know nothing about Kaido, but the interesting part is if the experiment is a mixed of human and oars genes, thats means when god valley incident happens (39 years ago), Kaido might be the success experiment thing, since he already had an oars horns.
And that could mean, Kaido is already a successful experiment things since he was child.

Thats could answer why Yamato might have no mother and she might be the "successful experiment" things too since she is fanboying oden that much.

Obviously with Luffy. Also remember Brook's ability can specifically nullify BM homies. Then you have Franky, Robin, Nami, Usopp providing very useful and sometimes powerful long range support while Jinbei, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji provide serious offensive damage. When all in sync, they could win.

I don´t know how you guys feel it but is Orochi and Kanjuro really dead?
Would be kinda nice that Oda kill them off, but I feeling like they joining again later the party.
Im not surprise that Oda hint the duo Luffy+Zoro to take on Kaido, but im sure it will be most like this:
Luffy go above, Zoro fight off a calamity and join later Luffy, at least if the raid is assumed to successfully, if the raid fail I can see Zoro direclty go with Luffy and get defeated or he get defeated by King if the raid fail.
