It was in a magazine not vivre card,King has yet to use his sword in the actual manga......... And then in this chapter King is flying in his zoan form with other flying zoans......This guy likes to use his devil fruit, and he kicked big moms ship and Sanji..... And when he was actually trying to kill sanji he used his zoan form not his sword. Izo shot Kings sword out of his hand...... Even if king uses that sword eventually, at this point its clear thats not his main style of combat.

King used his sword in the oden flashback. Queen used a stick.

Tbh some extreme Zoro and Mihawk wankers are responsible for this, pushing the idea in the fandom that anyone who ever used any sort of sword = swordsman.

If it's about Mihawks strength, everybody who touches a sword is a swordsman.

Actually what I see is the opposite
Every person who appears with a sword is matched with Zoro
Yet, once you debate Mihawk strength, suddenly Fuji and Shanks are not considered swordsmen lol

Queen is not a pure swordsman. But he's still a swordsman.
Just like how King is clearly not a pure swordsman, but still a swordsman.
There is no point of having a weapon on you if you're not proficient in it.
So saying Zoro vs Queen is not going to happen because Queen is not a pure swordsman or whatever is just assinine to me.


On another point, Sanji vs King and Zoro vs Queen, or visversa, is the same for me, but there's no denying that the first option is the most likely to happen for now.

@Ice devil slayer help a fellow zoro stan out. Regarding King and Queen being and not being swordsman.

It is the same narrative, people want queen to be a swordsman because that gives a plausibility to say now he will definitely fight Zoro. It's not assinine when plausible deniability comes into play and that's Zoro having a stronger opponent in Wano than Sanji

Lets say its not, When was the last main fight zoro and sanji had together did Sanji fight someone stronger than zoro when fully/near full stamina?

People though will contineously try to downplay him based on a FILLER fight with Mihawk

I only trust Toei in Wano, before that I do not trust them!
In Wano it's clear Oda is fast tracking manga while giving anime task to fill
Before Wano, additional stuff were filler unless it was stated Oda supervised that episode (like Sabo flashback)
