Brook needed to be saved by Sanji from Sheephead a gifter.

If Nami and Chopper can beat Ulti and Page One it would mess with powerscaling a lot unless Nami and Chopper unlock 2 years flashback training power up like what Luffy did remembering what did Rayleigh teach him when Luffy faced Katakuri.

Simply matching blows with someone whose casual swings can cut a mountain,
No. After a casual swing from Mihawk was mountain level, he swung AGAIN right afterwards, and Mr. 1 Daz bones Blocked it.

Under no circumstances can you possibly tell me Mr. 1, blocked a mountain level slash.

Mihawk is perfectly capable of regulating his power output. His casual swings can cut a mountain and then he can choose for his casual swing to to be nowhere near that.

Sheepshead is a Headliner tho, probably one of the strongest Headliners since he was leading Jack's forces.

Brook was not doing too bad against him, he just couldn't one shot him like Sanji could.

And Brook got some action in WCI + the usual island to island power ups, so he's going to be stronger.

Because he'll use mountain level force for someone like pre-skip Luffy, but not the Strongest Swordsman in the Whitebeard Pirates? Riiiiight....

Yes because he is ACTUALLY interested in Luffy but Vista is worth as much to him as Don Krieg was. He didn't even give him decency of looking at him throughout the entire fight as half the time he was focused on Luffy, that's how irrelevant Vista was to Mihawk.

I'm using Your logic here.

If you want to pick one type of logic then pick it.

If every casual Mihawk swing is mountain level then Daz bones Blocked a mountain level slash.

Right?

You guys really have a problem with consistency

What you guys talking about? Brook never struggled against Sheepshead. He simply blocked his hit and Sanji who was coming told him to keep guarding:kayneshrug: Did I miss something?

Come on man, you of all people should know that mountain level isn't all that impressive in the Grand scheme of things when Top Tiers should be at minimum Large Island to Small Country level.... So we really going to pretend that one tier down from Top Tier isn't at least capable of Mountain Level energy output?

No, my logic is, is given Vista's standing and rank, Mihawk is not going to go lightly on the guy, and given that we can see him casually swing his sword and cut a mountain, that should be the bare minimum at which he goes against someone like Vista.
