I'm putting my bets on 21st Dec.
We could get a preview of a panel from Ch. 1000 on Jump Festa on 19th Dec. and then get the actual chapter on 21st itself, that seems a lot more likely to me.
Even if the preview part was speculation in Emunopla's post, it's not too farfetched to see that happening

Even in corona states? Well nice from Oda to take the speed, I assume if corona don´t effect shonen jump more, Oda could work again together with his editors and shonen jump, with means 3 chapters then break or 4 chapter then break could come back!
