Your forgetting that The Dukes got back up from the Musketeers and Guardians and the entire Mink army which makes their job really easy

The Musketeers and the guardians with Sulong did more damage to Jack than Inu and Neko did over a 5 day battle. Now apply that same power increase/multiplier/whatever to the dukes, who could fight against Jack for 12 hours straight (I don’t see Snacks doing that). The dukes are obviously at least YC3 or YC2 level rn and it’s not a stretch at all to say they’re YC1, considering that Kaido called them strong.
