Usopp saved a lot of people in dressrosa , that was good but as a combatant? He was piss poor, His big feat in combat was him getting haki thats never touched on again and scaring a little girl...... It was all to knock out sugar....and it wasnt even an intense fight for him to get haki. Usopp should have gotten an actual fight against someone in doffys crew.Had Sanji stayed in Dressrosa he would have contributed more than Usopp and Franky combined.

Usopp/Robin/Chopper dont fight anymore. Oda will either give them Wano fights for Wano. Or they will be support characters for the rest of the show who complete jobs that the main fighters are not smart enough to pull off. Post time skip has clearly been written like that. Read betw the lines and you’ll understand why they don’t fight

- Usopp main role is support like Sanji is a lover/cook
- Robin is a woman. Women don’t get adequate fights in OP. And an archaeologist
- Chopper is a doctor, and ‘precious’ merchandise

Being strong is not everything. Too many strong figure that are strong in ths story. Unique qualities what makes this story interesting.

Main question why Usopp is bad combatant? Answer is because Luffy, Zoro and Sanji exist, believe me if there was no chars like that, Usopp and others would became easily much stronger than now. So everything depends on screen time, and author, that could make any character strong as he want, while he keep this chars week only to not piss off fans of main trio. So this is riddicules for you even complain about characters power lvl.
