Yeah this was cringe, but in their defense, he's not aware in the story she's a kid at this point. Oda stopped have him thirst for Bonney after the flashback when it was confirmed.

The panel may not be relevant, but removing Sanji from this panel just to add a pedo scene with Bonney that didn’t exist when Toei is well aware that Bonney is a child is something to clown.

1. It was dumb that they removed Sanji from that scene, they added everyone else from that scene except for Sanji

2. It was clear that Sanji was going towards either Robin or Stussy not Bonney

3. They had Sanji with heart eyes going towards Bonney, a scene that never happened in the manga and Sanji never got heart eyes over Bonney in the manga at all, it was a dumb move by Toei

4. The ones on twitter are way more upset
