The horns don't mean anything, its just animators playing with impact frames. This has been a consistent thing with many fight scenes in wano, they get crazy in those frames since they last for like a second, its just shit to look cool

I still think the fight can be "saved"

If the next episode has a noticeable animation quality improvement and the last one has godtier animation of course

So far everyone who has fought King in the anime, got a better animation than Zoro, who is King's main opponent in the arc. This is stupid

People just seem to be forgetting that King and Zoro had some really cool stuff in 1046, 1051 and 1052(albeit only briefly for 1052).

@nik87 The anime shows that at no point was King's skin breached by Zoro's attacks. So the toughness/invincibility is due to the outer toughness, still does not explain how Jackpot functions though, is it a self explosion like Majin Vegeta or an outside of body explosion. The manga indicated that it was a self explosion through dialogue. Maybe King has instant regeneration or complete invincibility or both.
I always thought that he just had a bomb rigged under his jacket.

Every second of this fight is crap, 1060 and 1062 episodes are crap, the animators are freaks, those freaks, every second of their existence is a disgrace to humanity, luffy vs kaido is crap because they put all the animation on him, sanji vs the queen is crap because there is animation. On episode 1062 there will be the worst animators, disgusting, nasty, king's flashback is stretched so as not to expand the fight itself. The series will be static dull diarrhea, liquid, green, smelly!!!! SHIT!!!!!!
Biggest drama queen goes to...You.

Jesus, wtf did I just read?

The episode was passable. Nothing else.

It wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't particularly bad. The art was pretty consistent, and although the animation wasn't exactly top tier, the action still moved decently well(though there really wasn't a terribly large amount of action). The action animation wasn't static.

When has Toei spared any efforts when it comes to animating Goofy fights
Obviously, if the character's name isn't Monkey D. Godffy, they won't try, or they will, but not as hard

Scene from a new animator which they posted with permission. Was a nice start to the fight this episode.
His animations were really good, the problem is that in this battle and in this chapter I would like to see experienced and professional animators (As well as directors). But it seems that either the studio itself does not want this, or the professional animators themselves do not like to work with zoro, with the exception of a couple of pieces. As well as directors in general
(We won't remember about my angry message, I was noticeably burned then. It was cringe)
