What cope is this? The anime scene was before we learned the 1% was Hawkins, and Toei wrote it as it was Drake initially. They retconned it after the manga showed they were wrong.

TOEI decided to draw a bigger wing. Why? Who knows
I know that in the anime there isn't a piece of the wing, but still is too small than the piece that Zoro cutted in the manga
It's very clear that in the manga the restant part of the wing was "way" smaller than in the anime
And, in addition to this no-sense, Queen has two fucking arms. If he was (for Toei) half dead, when, where and how the fuck was possible to create a new arm? Where is the lab? When he did this? And how?
Udon is a prison, Queen's lab is at Onigashima.
