More like correcting the abomination that Oda is giving us, this is a battle manga no matter how much this fanbase tries to convince themselves it isn't. You can't offpanel and fast forward every fight, manga is a visual medium, nobody wants to read fights like it's a sparknotes summary. Extremely lazy behaviour from Oda which toei thankfully is correcting.
