Against CG since he has his own agenda against them (bascially all his plot was based on his crusade against them and the WG) + Sengoku said they have to do something.

And I don't think Mihawk would defeat him either, both because he would be half dead after and because Fuji Is too important.

boundman prob packs more of a punch but am not sure its fast enough. But the gap with gear 5 was astronomical, havent seen anyone really compete with him equally in that form.
