A surprisingly good episode. The Udon portions were amusing and well paced, giving more life to the prison setting than the manga did.
The part with Nami and Shinobu was amusing, and so was Sanji's Soba shop shenanigans.
Though one complaint I have is how the anime treats quick gag moments. Luffy and Kid's weight gain and loss was a brief funny moment in the manga because they come out you quickly and didn't overstay its welcome. I understand why the anime has to extend some scenes, but they found the right solution for that with the rest of Udon. It wasn't especially bad here compared to earlier instances in the anime. *Cough* Holdem nutshot *Cough*, but still, when it's easily avoidable, take the opportunity.
Excited for the next episode. We get some Sangoro and Franosuke action, and yay, Toko's first appearance. I look forward to knowing who'll voice her.
