First against P1 they made Sanji use DJ concasse, while in Manga it was a base kick.
Now against Drake he also uses DJ, while in Manga it was a base kick.
They change Sanji's attacks, but don't change the result of it...

Concasse on Page One was an exaggeration but him using a no name diable jambe attack isnt bad, Sanji came out of the timeskip using diable jambe casually on anybody like Luffys G2. So I dont think him simply using the fire means he's going all out or anything.
