But what was the point of his introduction to the story then? He has to have some kind of legacy that has yet to be revealed (whether it's his offspring or he himself is somehow alive) for his existence in the story to have some kind of payoff. We still don't know how he looked like or what his power was. There has to be a reason for that.
As for being stronger or weaker than Roger, I think he was definitely stronger during the God Valley incident since Roger was still a rookie back then. Prime Roger was probably stronger tho.
