Sorry but this is just Oda inconsistency. Just look at Katakuri fight. G4 Boundman is hurting him and at the same time is being hurted by him. Same thing Snakeman that feels pain when they match fists.
G4 Boundman completely overcomes Cracker's haki but still got cut by his blade.

Not an inconsistency. We alr saw that haki blades are able to bypass the rubber property of Luffy's body. And regarding Zoro and Kaido it's simple, Kaido trusted the durability of his own body so he decided to don't use haki to coat his body to protect it.

The fact that of the Big Mom Pirates only Nusstorte and his triplets and their army went to attack the Germa Kingdom and get their technology without any heavy gun of the crew or even the Anti-Germa weapons developped to kill the Vinsmokes was real BS and PIS especially after how Big Mom made a point of how much she wanted the Germa 66 technology.

It is inconsistency. G4 has better haki so it shouldn't be cut by Cracker. Simple as that.
