Robins actress is russian however the ethnicity isn't 1;1, for example Inaki is Mexican and not Brazilian.

Anyways Oda is the one that chose the actress for vivi

I admittedly don't watch it yet so I don't know a lot about the actors. But yeah there's still cases of their ethnicity not being 100% accurate to the character.
