I don't think less of drawing, but Oda isn't getting any younger and except if he completely changes his lifestyle he isn't going to get any healthier either. Having an illustrator would factually lighten his workload by a lot, this is why I said "ideally".
And Oda could still design new places and new characters.

Having writers under his command would also factually lighten his workload by a lot, yet you aren't suggesting having a team of them but illustrators.

Apparently the next chapter is supposed to be published in the Shonen Jump of the 2nd of December.
So we should just wait for around 2 weeks until the spoilers get out.

I personnally think it is for the best that Oda allows himself to have breaks and even more breaks compared to when he just forced himself working too much without stopping for years. These breaks depict not only his health problems (that have been there for a long time due to his life/working conditions), but also that he cares for them now. To me, he should define this pace (one chapter every 2 weeks or 2 chapters per mpnth) as a normal one to focus on the most important parts of OP and take care of himself so that the story does not slow down and that he can work in a more healthy way. We surely don't want a Kentaro Miura like situation, especially that Oda is turning 50 in a few weeks.
