So I've skimmed through all the 48 pages, probably missed some stuff but I'll just
Vote Lynch Lord Melkor
for the time being. I don't neccesarily have anything concrete on him, but I don't have a much better direction in mind per now.
I will say that Melkor in my experience can be a very cunning scum, so I don't think him "freezing" is neccesarily damning.
Meanwhile Kekko who has been brought to question mainly by Alexis/ Michelle about the origin of the census, he seems to avoid directly adressing it and instead choose to dismiss the legitimacy of their doubts in response.
Which I would say isn't putting him in a favorable light, but this in a vaccuum is not enough for me to think he's scum.
Kekko has made plays that has been far more removed from any reason or logic than this before as Town. It's almost like the more separated from reality he is, the more likely he's Town

Paragorn lingerns between null and a midly scummy. Like many times he feels like he just exists, I tagged him multiple times for reads and he couldn't do it. That's a direction we could also take me thinks.
I'm a little lost on how you have connected these dots
How can the rest of the game make you feel/ think that Udell is on the scummy side of things if there is nothing from him?
You would have to kind of walk me through the logic and process here, because I am stumped
I kinda like this post, definitely makes me more confident in putting you as town
