Thanks for doing just 8 this time, lets us kill fewer darlings in one fell swoop.

1. Shanks stopping Akainu was far more consequential and unexpected than Jozu fighting Crocodile.

2. Watching Doflamingo’s glasses shatter was the inception of Luffy as a world-beater, Jack’s intro was just all right.

3. Luffy and Usopp’s fight was one of the most emotional battles in the series, and eventually led to the introduction of Sogeking...who could pick anything over that??

4. The two strongest men in the world at that time CoC-clashing is gonna beat most other panels in general.

5. Same answer as number 1, Big Father did its job ably but was nondescript otherwise.

6. I No Longer Think You’re Below My Level...a badass proclamation from one insanely powerful character to another, gotta love it!

7. I’ve said before that the first encounter with Mihawk is an unassailable classic moment in the series, at least more so than stumbling across Caesar’s frozen victims.

8. Chopper had a pretty tough upbringing prior to meeting Luffy and friends, so to see the dream of his mentor come true before setting out to sea was a real poignant moment.

Shanks vs Akainu: great moment!
Mingo Defeated: and boy was a glad he finally went down.
Luffy Defeats usopp: one of the most emotional scenes in Water7.
Roger vs Whitebeard: epic panel!
I've come to end this war: best moment of Marineford, imo.
I no longer think you are below my level: another great panel.
A wound on the back is a swordsman's shame: one of the most memorable moments of East Blue for me.
Sakura: One of my favorite scenes and such a great way to end Drum Island.
