Act 3 actually should end soon (this chapter or 1051/1052), because they usually involve timeskips. Luffy/Zoro recovering is going to take time obviously, which means it should end. I think after Momo/Hiyori reunite, she plays her Shimasen without her mask and it Act ends with her crying (she wore it to not show that)
