This implies 2 things and that's why I believe that Zoro will face Kizaru.
- Somebody else than Luffy is fighting Kizaru. Luffy is going to be busy with Saturn, who is going to take care of Kizaru? I can only see Zoro doing that.
- Luffy is going to get a higher bounty (4.5 billion is my prediction). Zoro always gets a bounty increase that puts him closer to Luffy so he has to get that bounty increase, how will he get it? By defeating Kizaru.

It would just confirm that Lucci is another Apoo and Zoro is just fighting with Lucci because of plot device.

If we pay attention, Oda LITERALLY removed Zoro from both Kizaru and Saturn, at the moment Zoro and Lucci left Labophase, Kizaru entered Labophase.
