Meanwhile his eyes are still yellow in the anime even though in the official colored manga by shueisha with oda, they're blood red and the same color as Imu's eyes.
I'm on a re-read right now and I'll keep an eye out for Sanji hints specifically. I'm pretty sure all east blue crew will get CoC by end of series, Luffy and Zoro were most obvious and had very early hints, Usopp is virtually guaranteed since he repeatedly lied about it and has multiple visual hints, Nami is virtually guaranteed since Oda made that scene and specifically has Jimbei, the most down to earth, calm, least prone to exaggeration or lying, least excitable straw hat, react to it and just say she has it. Sanji is less obvious to most but I think his personality of wanting to protect everyone and keep them all safe without having to struggle or worry is like a very traditional "good king" kind of character. He's the only person in his entire royal family with any real nobility.
