Children shouldn't be exposed to violence or gore like that. It gives them mental problems as their brains aren't developed, in a literal meaning. A person's brain is only developed physically after they are 20 or older. They can develop disorders like BDP or ASPD if they are exposed to violence or sex as children.

This is also the same reason why sex with minors is considered rape.

I don't have those problems but I do have autism and adhd.
And I don't think you should do that to a minor regardless of whether or not their brain is fully developed.
You should be beaten to a literal pulp if you do that.

Read this manga. It's about how to deal with autism if a kid has it. It has helpful knowledge on the subject.
