I think it's clear that Saturn will be defeated and I think it's likely that Luffy is the one who will at least inflict the finisher blow, possibly "Bajrang Stamp", a Gear 5 variant of Gum Gum Axe that would crush him like an insect.
Now, I think that the situation is more complex than that and that we are missing a lot of details.
- I still want Bonney and Kuma to get involved too. I want Bonney to use Nika-ish future with Nika.
- Kizaru also needs to do something and use a good part of his arsenal somehow.
- What about the ancient robot? We should not forget that for a second.
- Let's not forget that Blackbeard ship was coming to Egghead so there is that too.
- Will Dragon come too? He seemed to know where Kuma was heading to.
- Will Imu use Mother Flame on Egghead?
- What about York? What about Lucci? What about the Vice Admirals? The marine ships?

I don't see S-Snake being a antagonist especially since S-Snake seems to already have a crush on Luffy and has already helped him out.
S-Bear and S-Snake might join with Luffy and the others, while S-Hawk and S-Shark join with the Blackbeard Pirates along with York.

You know my thoughts on Saturns defeat. I think it’d be poetic if Bonney got to use distortion future on Kuma after seeing gear 5 and giving him a “Nika like future” turning him into an all white version of himself to fight Saturn. It would also fully complete Kumas dream in the most literal sense since Kuma told Saturn he’ll be a “Warrior like Nika.”
As for the rest:
- I genuinely think Saturn will change targets to having Kizaru killing luffy thinking killing Nika will be more effective to preserve the balance and will spare the others just to ensure Kizaru will give his all to kill Luffy
- Ancient Robot may just be used to complete the escape plan and take all of Punk Records to Elbaf. Since the initial plan was for the punk robot based on it to take the sunny upgrading that with the ancient robot would make logical sense.
- Meanwhile, the BB pirates will escape Punk Records with the seraphim and York in hand.
- I doubt dragon will come; but I wouldn’t be shocked if a Vegapunk let’s dragon know that they’re on the way to Elbaf and he’ll join them there
- I doubt the mother flame has enough power for another blast. And the factory may get taken by Caribou since his bottomless swamp can swallow it whole and would align with his role since he knows the location and identities of the two other ancient weapons.
