Since the others are all part of current crews:

Imo if Oda goes with the 7 warlords, it’ll be Weevil and the unnamed Warlord Ace defeated if they’re alive. Boa would never work with a rival crew of Luffys. Law doesn’t feel antagonistic like the others, and kumas hopefully living his best life post egghead.
