The fact that his father and grandfather were big names did not give him status, he could have been a privileged person in the marines but he was not, he could have been a top name in the revolutionaries but he was not, And the fruit is the greatest nonsense of these readers. We all know how much difficulty Luffy went through until he Until the fruit opens its awakening, did all this suddenly become nothing :D Even the awakening of the fruit was thanks to Luffy's struggle, without all this, having the fruit of God would have been useless.
