Infact your point becomes even more stupid when mihawk told zoro that one can make any blade as black as his yoru using armament haki which directly correlate to a sword looking black when armament hardening is applied to it lol
The same reason why no one ever commented on their blades being black even though people in story can see when blades are black via haki
