Yesterday as i was falling asleep something occurred to me.
If Luffy and his crew / Boney and her father are currently enemy number one - what stands in the way of their annihilation?
Even a moderately developed monkey would have guessed that they sailed to Elbaf - everyone has seen giants.
So what stands in the way of the machine that destroyed Lulucia doing the same to Elbaf???
