Maybe not outright die but something happen that put him out of commission for a while. All I know is that Oda had him stay on Egghead for a reason, he wasn’t needed for Mother Flame as York already handled it.

but there’s one huge problem
How can you kill a Gorosei? They can regenerate themselves instantly and how can you do it in one chapter?
You could kill them with a special haki (like Joy Boy's haki which cancelled their magic)
Maybe Shanks will do it or a new character

Gorosei are different breed of Racist.

I only see sense in Saturn dying if it is Imu's will, perhaps he is connected to all the gorosei, so perhaps the source of their immortality is Imu. If Imu was disappointed with Saturn, perhaps he took away his immortality.

if the telepathy is not saturn's power, she can fool them. They will talk to her telepathically, and she can answer. She just can't start a telepathic convo on her own is all
