Based on the hints it seems as though something bas happens to law.

We have the "get out" movie clip scene as a hint which is a movie about switching bodies. Something that law fruit does.

Can you imagine blackbeard finding a way to swap bodies with law or using law to further his own body (blackbeard)?

Law kills bb so he switches their bodies before he dies..... That would be insanely fucked up.

Sounds interesting

Plot twist: Law switches bodies with Blackbeard and then kills his old(Law's) body and so Law becomes pk in BB's body

Or even better: Law incapacitates BB with seastone, performs the immortality surgery on BB and as Law is dying he switches their bodies.
Then BB in Law's body dies while Law in BB's body becomes pk
