He said he got what he wanted from WCI and I doubt it was damaging Snack lol. Defo he had BM rubbing already.

My best guess is that the 4th Poneglyph is with the man marked by flames, whoever he is.

It's still remains to be seen if Shanks possess a copy of said Poneglyph. I'm 50/50 on it.
