I saw the entire Nanatsu No Taizai anime, and no, the other seasons are garbage. Only season 1 is good.

The first season is nothing. Its like bleach's first season if you watch the anime. From second season real story starts just like SS arc for bleach. You should watch it

it's japanese cartoons for teenage boys afterall

i can still find some series that are considered bad to be enjoyable a little, like Fairy Tail was fine for up to the Magic Games, i dropped it after that, but it was still fun

Yes. You should read manga after season 2. But the ending is not that good. Its mediocre imo but up until that point its good.
