There is nothing wrong with the Vegapunks, they are fine so far.
Oda will always introduce some new characters, it gets somewhat repetitive and annoying when some people always bitch and complain every time a new character or a group of new characters is introduced
Also Oda has already seemingly got rid of two of the Vegapunks already(If they are actually dead) compared that to the Scabbards where Oda had to wait until end of Wano to finally kill off two of them.
Vegapunks>Scabbards.
The Vegapunks are more interesting than the Scabbards.
The only best Scabbard who isn't even a Scabbard was Kanjuro.

- Kizaru encounters Sanji first he greets him by kicking him 10 times in the face before Sanji can realize what's going on. He mocks him saying kicking specialist could be so slow. Sanji is laying on the ground bleeding all over on the verge of losing consciousness.
- Saturn is ordering all the serpahim to find VG and dispose of Robin if they spot her
- We cut to Cross guild they are on their way to impel down to free Doffy recurit him into the crew
-On their way to getting there Mihawk slices down gates of justice with Yoru
- The chapter ends with Figarland making his move to deal with him
