Aye its definitely atop of my list of series to watch atm! I powered through Record of Ragnarok recently-ish and going through the manga atm, so I'll try to make a start on Ya Boi Kongming soon!

Honestly the gag of S-Snake falling for Luffy is kinda funny too with her huge size and him being unaware/asexual (er i should say aromantic actually in regards for S Snake ofc lol awkward)/ too in love with freedom-piracy-adventure-meat etc.
Those fanarts do show a very hilariously wholesome side to it, as it should be only with this kind of scenario.
S-Snake has been leading to some pretty wholesome and funny posts, its quite sweet.
Especially given how brutally dark, traumatic and tragic Boas childhood was too. I

Aye that's an excellent point, this is some of the best parts of the community and some of the most positive contributions too.
If I was an author and I saw people making all these hilarious, beautiful, picturesque, imaginative/creative, colourful, vibrant, subversive etc fanarts of my series and thus characters, I'd be extremely honoured, flattered and overwhelmed by happiness and pride. To the point of speechlessness.
So I can't even fathom how Oda must feel even remotely by comparison to any fanarts he might see including those ones of S-Snake.
Especially since his daughter loves Boa so much, Oda is obviously fond of Boa along with Toei and she's the Chichi of One Piece in some ways. (Nami and Boa embody Chichi in their own ways imo. Although Nami may be more like Bulma too?)
Complete relate and agree with these. Some of my favourites are Brook and Laboon, Perona and Mihawk, anything Nami ofc especially with female characters or Luffy, Sanji, Robin etc, Strawhats meeting their childhood selves and being happier and such and lots of other stuff too. Zoro and Kuina for example, Shanks and Buggy, Roger, Admirals especially Fujitora, Kizaru and Kuzan etc.

I looked up that Liar liar anime though, it sounds like an interesting series potentially, my kind of thing even so ill add it to my list! I'll check out the ED song for it too.

Agreed, even though there's often massive arguments about the smallest things, at least seeing people making fanart of something they like brings me joy
