I think it's the Lunarian DNA. It was likely extracted from King when he was captured as a child and King is pretty tall so maybe they'll all grow to at least his height.

Possible, though unlikely. It was never stated that the Lunarians are taller than normal humans. We have many "normal" humans who're taller than King, unless he's short for a Lunarian but that would be too much speculation. I still think that it's more reasonable to say that Vegapunk added some gigantism into the Seraphim instead.
