Zoro even comments he can't leave this man alive with how persistent he is at being a government dog, while having this insane toughness and regenerative powers. Barely anyone outside Japan cares about One Piece even with all the promotion and advertisement One Piece does, with live action, etc. and yet they still can't even beat JJK. Imagine if Naruto or DBZ in their prime had this type of promotion and advertisement.
