The straw hats only got big fights like 2-3 times in the entire post time skip and not even all of them.

Sanji literally only had the Queen fight after Fishman Island like 450 chapter later lol

A Long Arc ago he gave a big fight too when SH is around, u remember Punk Hazard Right? Vergo vs Law instead of Sanji vs Vergo
Its nothing new, and the plot seems going on that way too. Luffy ask Sanji to Leave him to safe VP. Dorry and Broggy also wants to see Nika too so there is that.
