Isn't Admirals being equivalent or greater comparatively to the Yonko in caliber be a loophole given if that was the case Admirals would have taken over the pirate world already knowing that they have handful Admiral candidates on 3 solid admirals + their chief.

He ate some chocolate, he briefly went Monster Point only to get his ass kicked by some fodder trees and then he barely blocked Big Mom when she tried to grab Nami. That's about it. LOda hates my boi so much that he not only reduced him into a mascot character but made him almost as worthless as Usopp.

And it's not really that complicated, a middle school student with time should be comfortable at handling the basic dialogue presented in OP
But obviously, that's not the case for school dropouts Yonko fans, whom have embarrassingly misinterpreted this manga for god knows how long
First we had the controversial Balance of Powers, where Yonko fans insisted that a single Yonko crew packs military power equal to the entirety of Marine HQ and the seven warlords, that was brutally debunked in the manga on countless instances, for example
-Akainu forcing the BBPs to flee
-Aokiji making a stand against the BBPs
-3 Warlods forming a Yonko crew
-SHPs having their hands busy with one Admiral and a CP0 agent
Etc etc
Secondly we have Greenbull's statement about Kaido's rule

Kaidou being a deterrent is a fact, Admirals are not allowed to attack Yonkou territories by design, and other Yonkou and pirates never dare step foot on these territories, this included WB. This applies to Big Mom just the same, WCI was untouched long as she was there. Greenbull was just stating the obvious to a bunch of hicks who were cut off from the rest of the world, telling them that taking out Kaidou only meant another Kaidou can step in. This reality forced Yamato to give up on her dream of leaving. "
Again just another misinterpreted statement by Yonko fans
Can anyone explain why Greenbull, the man who supposedly feared Kaido in a 1v1 context, was barging into Wano to fight not only the man who beat Kaido, but also the two who beat Big Mom alongside their crews? Probably not.
Regardless of whom you think wins this battle, Greenbull was strictly talking about the politics involved in attacking a place such as Wano
And the last grand failure, the Gorosei fear Kaido
We tried to convince Yonko fans that the Gorosei fear Kaido the same way a superpower like the US can fear Kim Jong Un, but to no use
We also told them how this was explained since the Gorosei's introduction, but that also fell on deaf ears
And now once again the manga makes fun of Yonko fans by having the guy who beat Kaido run away in fear from a single Gorosei
You can't make this up
