The strawhats can only lose if Loki doesn't immediately faint.

If he clashes equally with either, it's gonna be they're weak against 'nerfed Loki'
If he clashes and loses, it's gonna be 'they barely overpowered nerfed Loki'
If he clashes and overpowers, well that would be embarrassing.

Best solution is he spills the beans about Pranks, hypetools sanji and faints. No agenda gets damaged this way.
