Toei does what Oda and his editors tells them to do, they can't show Uberlino Pizzaru feeding Luffy without Oda's input, shit is not even confirmed.

I don't think Oda gave Toie permission to show Van Augur's bullets easily destroying Cracker's biscuits, and at the same time Jean Bart tanking those same bullets like nothing.

I know Luffy feeding Kizaru is a major story thing related, but toie is taking some freedom on powerscaling stuff... so idk.
Also, toie did add some extra scenes at the end of Wano that Oda never made canon in manga.
