Kaido hates racism: he explicitly told Yamato she could never be friends with humans, because she's an Oni, and they'd always hate her.
Aramaki is very racist, and Oda already teased him fighting Yamato. If Aramaki did fight Yamato, since he's a shit-talker, he'd shoot shade at her for siding against her family, and with the Kozuki clan, when Wano hates Oni/Ogres.
I think Aramaki beats Yamato in Act 4, then Kaido shows up and just massacres the man.

Shanks and Ray and Gaban are probably all similar bounty range, but putting Ray and Gaban under 4 goes against the narrative oda put for them where even the marines don’t want to fight multiple legends at once.

Maybe but again we still don’t have any clear evidence a subordinate will get a bounty high than the 3B range.
Another big hint btw is that the goroawase for Zoro indicates 3.6 as his final bounty and Mihawk is at 3.59 billion (kind of like how the goroawase for Luffy indicates 5.6 and Roger is 5.5 billion).

The point is prior to joining cross guild, the marines had no quarrel sending a single fleet after Mihawk without a single admiral there. Compared to how they talked about Rayleigh, they would never do the same.
Now either Sakazuki is an idiot and sent fodder there to die, it’s clear that Rayleigh is more respected.
