Kidd has still 3 billion bounty worth, but he was one of those characters that deserved a humiliation.
Tho he's gonna come back stronger or with a plan.

Luffy's OG scar came from Shanks, because Shanks wouldn't let Luffy join the crew
Loki is strong AF, and nearly died from Shamrock one-tapping him
Luffy often fights people who don't really want to beat him

I think Shamrock is going to low-diff Luffy and take his eye out, like Kidd and Law lost to Shanks and Teach.
Law and Kidd both lost their ships when they challenged a true Yonkou to a 1v1
Shamrock is clearly being portrayed as a Yonkou-level threat
I think Shamrock is going to come back to Elbaph and give Luffy the business (I also think serious Shanks could one-shot Egghead Luffy, there's a reason the Gorosei don't want nuffin)
