Well not really. Some people won't like to admit it, but, there is indeed a reason he chose to ask Zoro specifically to put him down if he went haywire from the Germa mods nonsense.
He wouldn't do this if he saw Zoro as a legitimate enemy/obstacle. There's no real pride in being sent to the glue factory by your biggest foe.

You're correct, they do like each other. It's Love/Hate. The thing with Zoro is he never talks about his past; Sanji has no idea who Kuina is.

Once Sanji realizes Zoro is doing all of this because he despises sexism, I think their relationship will get a lot better.

They definitely hate each other. You don't beef with someone 24/7 without a hint of it being light banter and do nothing else with said someone if you were at least good acquaintances with them, but they do have some respect to a certain extent between each other.
