Eat new food. Do new exercises/sports. Visit places around you you haven't.
Wear different clothes, play different games, listen to different music.
The uncomfortable feeling of doing a bunch of unfamiliar shit will override your lingering thoughts and force you to focus on what you need to.
Stress can be healthy, it's when we constantly attack ourselves over things we can't change when we get fucked up. Find things that stress you out in a way that makes you active and positive, to replace the old negative stress.
A lot of people who seem happy really just don't have enough time to be miserable, and it's not a bad life strategy.
