Oh, boy. Not like I will defend Naruto because I'm not from that fence but boy.
Problem with Luffy is not the character itself but how Oda chooses to undermine other characters in favor of him.
But generally speaking he’s more tolerable than Naruto
- Garp arrives on Beehive Island, not a single soul is there, and the skull of the islsnd is destroyed. Upon further inspection he finds a body laying down. It's Law!
- Scene switch to Egghead, Shiryu and Devon are the ones responsible for the events of egghead. Devon apparently cosplayed as one of the punks to command the machinery. Shiryu using his invisibility has spied on Vegapunk and used the technology to feed his sword a mythical zoan power.
- Mark 3 pacfista block Kizaru's yasakani no mangatana attack with their shield. Incomes Saturn who completely overwrites their command, they serve him now! Shaka can't believe one of the Gorosei has personally come all the way here
- Scene switch to Elbaf, the fighting has already begun, 3 of Shanks allied pirates ships are destroyed and used by Kidd's power as a shield, he figured they are at disadvantage and Red Hairs wont simply attack their own kind friends, any means to reach his goal, he can't afford to get killed.
- In the final page we see someone call forth an attack named "Doom Room" which eestroys Kidd's ship and alongside Red Haie allied ships attached to Kidd's ship. It's Blackbeard, he has obtained the third ability and is using his claw weapon with the ope ope no mi + gura gura no mi in combination.
