I'm on the fence tbh, Kizaru's "escorting" him, I think Saturn's just there to flip the Seraphim to his side. The Elders always make the Marines do their dirty work. At the same time, they're not as removed from reality like other Celestial Dragons who act like bitches and wear those dumb-ass helmets. So I'm uncertain about their power levels.
